How does online ordering work?

The Eden in Oz online store allows you to order products with your credit card via the Internet. Select the product and quantity you're interested in and click "Add to cart." Your shopping cart will then contain this product , the quantity ordered and its price.

From here, you can continue shopping (to add more items to your order) or proceed to the Check Out. Within the Check Out you will be prompted to select your shipping method and verify your order. Once satisfied with your order you can click on "Proceed to secure checkout". Here you will enter your billing and shipping information, supply an e-mail address so we can send an e-mail confirmation, and provide your credit card information. During this process, your information will be protected by SSL security.

After you have entered your details click on "Submit". Once submitted, you will receive an Order Confirmation Number. Please keep this in case you'd like to check the status of your order at a later date.

How do I change quantities?

 
If you'd like to change the quantity of a product in your shopping cart, simply click on "View Shopping Cart". Change the "Quantity" of the product using your keyboard, and press the "Update" button.

How do I remove a product from my cart?

 
To remove a product from your cart, simply click on "View Shopping Cart". Change the "Quantity" of the product to 0 (zero) using your keyboard, and press the "Update" button.

How do I search for a product?

To find the item you are looking for, type the name or part of the name into the search box; e.g. The search works best if you use the singular form of the word instead of the plural: i.e. "book" instead of "books". When the search returns a list of products, just click on one that you are searching for and you will be taken to that product's page.

If the search is not finding the item you are looking for, try simplifying your search words: i.e. Try using just "Smith" instead of "Bill Edward Smith".

What payment methods are accepted?

 
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard credit cards.

You may also organise payment through money order or cheque. Note that the order will not be processed until payment is received.

Will I be charged GST?

 
10% GST will be charged for all orders within Australia. All prices shown include GST.

Can I order from overseas?

Sorry we are currently only taking orders from within Australia.
